First time ordering for my manager's birthday. Absolutely beautiful and price reasonable. I placed order night before and asked to have ready by 930am next morning. Was ready before I walked in the door to pick them up. I highly recommend Michael Thomas Floral for your flower bouquet needs. Sorry I didn't get the gal's name but very professional and pleasant and cared that I was happy with my order. She called me earlier in the morning to ask if ok to substitute some of the flowers. As long as it was beautiful, which the bouquet was, I was fine with her assortment. Thank you!
Awesome, reliable. I was nervous ordering for the reason that I live in Texas and was sending Birthday flowers for my daughter who's in college. Their website made it very easy for me to pick out and order flowers for the next day. Her basket of flowers turned out very beautiful and were fresh. I have no words. I called here late afternoon like 2:30 for them to deliver an arrangement to my friend for the loss of her uncle! I asked for same day to the house not the funeral home. This was a little out of their area but the woman was the sweetest! She took my delivery and couldn’t of been nicer!! Did I mention this was the day that hurricane IDA hit 😳!! Well that didn’t matter they got it there!! You don’t typically know what your flowers look like when they go to someone else but I got a picture because my friend was so touched and wanted me to see it!! Thank you so much Michael Thomas. I had such an amazing experience with Kathy. She made my vision come to life and spoke to my budget completely. I couldn't believe how affordable everything was. The delivery was right on time and when I saw the bouquets I was breathless. I would recommend her to anyone!
BEST floral shop for my recent wedding. Kathy made sure every detail was perfect before the big day. On the day of the wedding, she traveled to our venue and made sure all of our needs were met. Flowers were absolutely perfect and fresh. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them for all future floral needs :)
I have ordered from here several times and have been impressed every time. Flowers are always of high quality, beautiful, healthy, and fragrant. Even if they cannot do the arrangement exactly as pictured, the substitutions made were well done and every arrangement has been very pretty.
The moment we sat down to talk with Kathy I knew she would knock our wedding flower arrangements out of the park. I had no idea what I wanted flower or really even color wise. I told her what color the groom, bridesmaids, and overall fall theme was and then left her to come up with something great. And she did!!! She was so nice and dealt with a few mother of the bride changes along the way :). They were also very reasonably priced IMO. Highly recommend!!
For our wedding, we decided to use Michael Thomas and it was one of the best decisions we made. The bouquets were gorgeous, and the flowers that sat on top of the pedals were beautiful.
